TS4 says I don't have enough storage, but I do

Honestly I don't know how it happened, but now my TS4 says my notebook doesn't have enough storage to run the game when actually it has more than 90gb free. I had the game ever since 2023/2024 but something happened and I had to uninstall it, but I installed it again on the same day (today). It was kinda okay when I had it, I uninstalled because of a bug that I didn't had patience to solve. Okay. I tried running the game but it was lagging and it said that I didn't have enough storage to run with my DLC. Mind you, I tried delete some DLC but the window still shows up when I open my TS4, only when it doesn't have not even one DLC that it's okay. I also tried changing the graphics config. but nothing happened. One time a window popped saying I should play with origin because my pc didn't support the x64 version (my notebook is x64) . I don't know what origin is, I don't know what to do, I don't know how to use a origin (?), and I really don't want to play without my DLCs. I hope you guys can help me. Thanks in advance.
