Your saves on Mac are located in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Saves

Go to that location in Finder, copy the saves-folder, and put it on a USB/external drive. If you want to keep the files in your library, you can also copy the tray-folder from The Sims 4, and put it on the USB drive.

Then you install the game on your PC, start the game once, close it down, and go to C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\

Paste the folders there, and your old stuff should be in your new game 🙂

Sometimes the computers act strange and the folders are located on iCloud or OneDrive, but these above are the default locations.
