How can I use my touchpad to rotate my camera horizontally?

I just got a new laptop (ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14) and the only way I am able to rotate my camera is using the < > keys. Using these keys is more difficult than using my touchpad, especially in build mode. If I press these keys while in build mode, the wall or object I have selected gets messed up. I was previously using a Macbook Air to play TS4, and I could rotate the camera by holding down with one finger and dragging with another. Is there a way to rotate my camera side to side without using the < > keys?

    Edit:  Rather than trying to remember what this was like the last time I used a touchpad in Windows, I booted up the game to try.

    @summerlyss  Hold down the crtl key, and right-click and drag in the direction you want the camera to rotate.  In Sims 4 camera mode, this will only rotate horizontally; in Sims 3 camera mode, you can change the camera angle in any direction.  Click the camera icon in the upper right corner to switch between the two modes.
