MODED - Lashes are Glitched No Matter What I Do

Hi okay I would like some help, I have asked a sims server I'm in for help and sadly they have no idea what is going on. All lashes in my game look like this, but only in game. In CAS it looks fine. 

- I am running my game vanilla, and then adding in the lashes one by one, along with an ea lash remover
- I have tried different ea lash remover mods
- The tester sims are not wearing anything that it could glitch with
- I have repaired my game, both with nothing in it mod wise and with the mods still in
- I have gone into s4studio to remove shadows on the lashes and there is nothing to remove
- I have also tried different cc lashes, and its with every lash cc I try. Both freshly downloaded and stuff that was already in my game
- I did recently update my game, but I always do it without any custom content in my game
- I also tried playing around with the graphics and nothing changed lash wise

I am playing on direct x9 btw
