How do I download the Sims 4 after purchasing it with the code i bought?

if you haven't already used the code, go to the top left of the origin program. there you should find a tab called 'Origin'. click that and click redeem product code. if you have already redeemed the code then sorry I have the same problem. OR MEYBE YOUVE BEEN SCAMMED!!! the code could already be used. if so buy a code off of amazon or get the game strait off the origin store. that's where I got it from and it was new not used. although you cant use the same code twice, even on the same account, I've tried. hope this helps ( ;
