How do I find the product key on the sims 4 disk version?

Yesterday I had refreshed my computer, which meant I had to redownload my sims 4. Today everything downloaded and installed okay, but when I put the disk into my computer a screen pops up and asks me...

i bought the cd new frim the shop but cannot find the product code. even if it is there i cannot see it, where is it
