How do i download the sims 4 on my pc from origin.I want to play ofline just on my pc. Don't want to play online

The Sims 4 is not an online game. There is an online gallery where you can download free content but you don't have to.You must be online to download it and the first time you start it. You can then put Origin in offline mode. Doing this means that you will get no patches and will be unable to use the online gallery.
