How do I go online? Sims 4

@Starclear21 Do you have your game set to automatically update? Please make sure that you have the latest version/update your Origin and Sims 4 games. After doing this, just for good measure, please restart Origin then do a game repair in Origin and give it time to fun the repair on the game and on all packs. Please let us know if this changes anything on the issue.

If that does not help, please try this: 
Try turning off Origin in-game. Go to Game Library in Origin, right click on 'The Sims 4'. Click on “Game Properties”. Then uncheck the box that enables Origin in-game. Then save and restart Origin then the game.

Also, do you have any mods or cc?
