    Yes it works on Windows 10.
    Try redeeming the code through Origin (Origin in the menu).

    Hi @ArchAngel3131 

    if you bought the game on disc, there should be a leaflet inside with the code in it.

    If not, did you buy the game used or new ? If it was new, take it back to the seller.
