Okay so I used to have the Sims 4 file game and the Origin file to access Sims, I deleted Sims 4 file and kept the one that gave me access to Origin and not direct access to the game. I was hoping this would reset my game since its become a mess lol but how do I reset it?
Click the game in Origin it should start the download automatically.

This doesn’t work
I had to completely reset my pc and setup again therefore I loss my sim4 that was downloaded since I purchased in 2020. I do know how to go back and download again. I. Tried clicking on item in order history that did not work!
I sorry I am new at this, but I don’t recall see it in any games in a Library. Where would I located that? Please be patient with me!

Community ManagerHey @pxm2526 in your previous post you mentioned clicking on the game in your order history, was this within the launcher?
It's mostly likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.
