how do install sims packs from steam onto EA
i'm unsure there's even an official way to do this but im unsure on how i phrase the question. so my laptop has ran out of storage so i made the decision to install the sims onto a hard drive. the problem im facing is that before i bought sims on ea i used to use steam, so some packs are on steam the rest are on ea. this hasn't been a bother when i played sims without a hard drive, but now when i try to install everything two versions of the game are produced: the steam one with the steam packs and the ea one with the ea packs. is there a way to install all of them into one game? im not very tech savvy so help is appreciated.
@hotspoodles Please do a clean uninstall of Sims 4 and the EA App, as described here:
Reinstall Sims 4 through Steam, then see whether you can install only the EA App-owned DLC, not the base game. It should work this time around.
