How do your read to a child to meet the aspiration requirment for whiz kid?

When you scroll over read with adult. It tells you with a selected adult click on book and select read with child with child present. However, I have yet to find that option.

You need to choose a children's book and have that either in your inventory or the book case.

Then the option should show up.
