My game could not connect. So how to oppen galerry community. Its always ask me to try again..

This issue is usually caused by your antivirus or firewall blocking the connection. Please, add The Sims 4 and Origin as exceptions for your antivirus and firewall programs.
If that doesn't fix it, could you tell us which version of Windows do you have in your computer?
