Trouble with transferring my Sims 4 saves from old computer to new computer.

So I recently got a new laptop and I wanted to transfer my Sims 4 saves from my mac to my laptop. I have asked EA for help and I spoke with an agent and they gave me some instructions/steps on how to transfer my 3 years worth of Sims game play.

A couple days later I got a USB flash drive, like the agent recommended, and I copied my sims 4 folder onto the UBS drive from my mac. I then put the UBS drive into my laptop and I copied the save and tray folders into the new sims 4 folder. When prompter, I replaced the existing folders, like the agent told me.

The agent said that my old saves should now appear and be playable but there're still not there. I even uninstalled the Sims 4 and went onto properties and choose the right folder, like I've seen in a YouTube video.

I can't review and update my case I made to EA for some reason, so I'm asking here before I have to go though all that waiting for another agent to speak too again.

Is there anything I can do?

Thank you.

(Also, sorry for any spelling mistakes etc. I have dyslexia.)

That location needs to be exactly what the game is reading, according to the game itself:

If the locations don't match up to "The Sims 4," that's the problem.

If the files are in fact in the correct folder, please post a screenshot of the contents of the saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the save names and sizes.
