How to fix if something stick on hand

I have this problem since 2/9, i tired to resetsim and debug sim still don't work.

but i found it is very easy to remove. just use the testingcheats true, and click on that thing to reset, and the item will go to floor.

I saw people still stuck in this sh!t, it is hard to expain too many time.😕mileyindifferent:
