how to fix ts4_x64.exe - application error
I have tried everything i possibly can to fix this error and I am struggling. It started after trying to download reshade for TS4 and i really dont know what to do. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled ts4, ive deleted all of my mods and tried to open, ive repaired and nothing works. I cant open the game and when i try to open it it opens to a white screen for a second and closes or opens to a white screen with this error message.
@vexolinan As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
