How to get my EA app and game from External Drive back to Documents.

Right now, I am currently waiting for my laptop, which had a high CPU to get fixed in the shop. So, I decided to use an old Lenovo one. Well, the only problem with my old laptop is that it can't flip anymore. But since I thought that there isn't enough room for my mods. that I put the EA app and the Sims 4 on the external drive. It turns out that I was wrong. I can put all of my mods on the old laptop. But now I want to switch the EA app from the external drive to the documents on my laptop. However, I cannot find the file for that on my external. All I see when I get into the EA app is that it says D:\. How do I do this?
