If you are having issues installing from Disc you are able to input your Registration Code in Origin and download the game without needing the disc.
- In Origin, select Redeem Product Code
- Enter in the code found in your box
- Click on The Sims 4 tile and select Download 😕mileyhappy:
The redeem code tab doesn't help when the tab is blank. No box to enter code on.
