Jonnes_Jonnitos Yes, that's what I wanted to see, and Documents is in the correct location.
In the thread I linked for the "already running" error, one of the suggestions after the new Windows account is the takeown command, this part:
[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Already Running | EA Forums - 11818313
Please try that and let me know what happens. You'd use this path:
C:\Users\your username\Documents
except with your actual username.
