how to stop auto saving?

The game does not autosave, If you have installed a Mod that autosaves just remove it.

i don't have a mode that autosave I don't know where is the problem

even when I remove all my mods it still autosaving 

Try deleting your localthumbcache.package located in your sims 4 folder in my documents.
Also disable your mods in the actual menu.

It could be that your mods have corrupted the config files, 
so I would say do the following.

- Disable all mods in your settings.
- Remove Save Files and files from the Tray folder.
- Do a repair of The Sims 4 via Origin.
- Then run compatibility troubleshoot by right-clicking the sims 4 icons and
then clicking on properties.

Side Note: Take any backups of your save files and your files located in the tray so you can remove them.

That should help.

look the problem not from the mods cause I removed the mod file and tray file and saves file and it still happened when I click just go to manage world it saves without I say that 

Example: say u load a household and your last permanent save was sim time 6:00am then play a little while and realized u didn't want to play that house but another house, so u click just go to manage world, and load another house and the time says 6:30am, u think the game saved but it did not, clicking 'just go to manage world' is just a temp in game save but not a permanent save. Its only remembering the last things u did.

There's no way to turn off the just go to manage world temp save. U have to 'quit game without saving' and when u restart your game it will b from the last permanent save, like the example it'll b 6am again.

no, say that I play and save what I played then play again and say that I sell anything like bed or fridge and then I press just to manage world without saving when I return to the same house it suppose to return and found the fridge and bed because I didn't press save after selling them but when I return I found them gone 

and the problem not here i don't have problem If it saves the problem that it crashes my game when this start to happen my game crashed and become too slow and i remove all my modes and save files and start new game and the same problem still happened
