Hundreds of customers while sim is away from veterinarian lot

When my sim opens her veterinarian and leaves the lot to let her employee run it, the employee can apparently serve 180 customers in 5 hours sim time. This does not seem realistic, considering the vet has been opened 4 sim days ago and can now already make $20.000 in 5 hours. 

My game is in Dutch, but a translation:

Helped 179 customers

Has been opened for 5 hours

... Profit $21097

    @xoxLisaa Tested this on my save and my Sim didn't serve any customers in 3 hours .. 7 after 7 hours .. got a three star reputation.

    Are you using any mods in your game ?

    Thanks for the reply! No I don’t have any mods at the moment. I was thinking maybe its a particular lot the vet is on? Because a few days ago in another save I didnt have the issue. But I don’t know if thats possible. Anyways i’ll try to move it to another lot to see if that helps

    @crinrict It was at Oasis Springs, I have now moved it to Willow Creek and its still happening (95 customers in 5 hours)

    @crinrict Oops I accidently ''accepted the answer''. But yeah I was just trying it in Brindleton Bay! And it still happens... unfortunately

    @xoxLisaa 15 customers in 9 hours .. sounds normal ?

    How many do you get each hour ? Is there a big jump at one point or just steadily a lot ?

    DId you try it multiple days? It happens with me the 2 or 3th time i leave the lot. And most of the time it says 0 customers in 5 hours, and then suddenly a jump to 90 in 6 hours
