Hygiene and energy rapidly decaying

One of my Sims in a two Sim household is losing energy and hygiene rapidly. The Sim's needs bars for Hygiene and Energy are showing triple arrow decay whilst the Sim is not doing anything particularly strenuous. Even while showering or getting the Sim to sleep, the triple decay arrows keep contending with the fulfilment arrows going back and forth. The second Sim in the household's needs are decaying at the normal rate. 

This only started happening about an hour ago as soon as I moved my Sim into a Tiny Home. This went on for 2 Sim days, in which I then disabled the small amount of CC I have installed and went through game repair but the decay issue is still happening. There is nothing in the Sim inventory or moodlets that would cause this that I could tell. I did also get this Sim a job in the Body Building Career (level 8) as soon as she moved into the home so unless this is some weird "perk" of being a sweaty and tired body builder, I'm not too sure what to do.

    @PhoebeRose90  Can you please try restoring a backup save to see whether the problem persists?  I understand you probably don't want to lose your progress unless there's no other way, but at the very least, whether this helps will be useful information.  You'll probably have several backups, one from each of the last five times you saved, and you can check them all out fairly easily.  Be sure to quit to desktop between tests.

    I ended up playing another active household in the same neighbourhood for a couple of Sim days and when I went back and played the household with the suffering Sim, they didn't appear to have the issue anymore and needs were decaying at the normal rate again. I wonder if it is was some hidden moodlet that was stuck or something after woohoo or exercise and kept depleting the needs much longer than it should have. Time appears to have resolved this.
