i accidentally deleted my sim from moving library

Hey, i have accidentally deleted my sims from the library is there any way to recover my sims back? i tried the restoring files from my windows 10 laptop but it says there are no files to recover.

@simyasha Do you have the Sim still in a save game somewhere ?

Did you check the trash can ?
