I am unable to login into my EA account

I was logged in, but when I booted up the game, it crashed immediately. I restarted my laptop and noticed I was logged out of EA. So I typed in my login info, and it told me it was incorrect or expired. I sent a code to reset my password, but I never received the code in my email. I also set it to send to my phone, and nothing. Is this a known issue?
