I bought an add-on, and it won't show up

Hey, so I bought the add-on spooky stuff for the sims 4, paid for it, and got receipts on ea and my credit card. Yet ea app acts as if I never bought it. I'm frustrated and a few hours have gone by so it's not like processing the order anymore it knows I got it already cause I have it on my order history. What do I do
