I can’t open the sims anymore?
Hiii since the update, I haven’t been able to open the sims 4, every time I try to launch the game, it says “launching” and then becomes a solid white screen and then crashes.
I've reinstalled the game countless times and put all my mods into a separate folder in hopes that it works but nothing has worked!!
Please help, I wanna see my little families grow up again!
I’ve also tried downloading it on steam and trying to play like that but to no avail, it ends up the exact same.
Is this a common problem? Because I haven’t seen anyone talk about this specific problem much on these forums.

is still the Intel driver. I don't know why it's a problem here. Technically, many laptops with dedicated graphics funnel the graphics-related data through the iGPU, but that's not usually an issue on a practical level aside from the performance hit.
Still, since it's a problem for you, try installing the newest driver available for your processor and graphics chip:

If you get an error when trying to install the driver, use this workaround:

If that doesn't help, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers, as described here:
Use the newest drivers Lenovo provides for your laptop; you can update later if necessary.
The proper order of operations is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while your computer is offline.
You'll need to redo the Nvidia Control Panel setting, and probably not the Windows graphics setting, but please check that too.
