I can’t play sims offline

So I have been trying to play the sims 4 offline and when I click on the icon my Origin log on page pops up but only has that dino game... when I have logged in before I have clicked keep me signed in and it doesn’t keep me logged in, it has really started to bug me as I’m in places with no service/internet regularly. Also my Origin doesn’t need a update.

    Hi @dey-and-nia 

    Start Origin, sign in, and be connected to the Internet. Put Origin in Offline Mode - click Origin and click on Go Offline or use Ctrl + Shift + W so you can tell that you are in offline mode if you see OFFLINE MODE on the top right in the window.

    nb: there are also settings relevant to 'online' in the Sims Games options, so uncheck them as well.
