I cannot place objects in Build/Buy

@corndolphins @meganmcevillyy and @Rheandor Please remove the Better Build/Buy mod, if you have it, and delete localthumbcache.package as well.
If that doesn't help, or you don't have the mod, please move your entire Mods folder to your desktop, delete localthumbcache (again), and test.
@puzzlezaddict Thank you SO much! That worked! I like to never found the Better Build/Buy but, I found it and things are happy again 🙂
