I cannot play my saved games. All my saved game are gone.

Yesterday, when I start the sim main menu I found out that all my saved game are gone.

There are an orange pop-up at the right corner of screen says "The save game you are attempting to load was saved

with the new version of the Sim 4 than is currently installed.Please update in order to safely load this save game."

I cannot find the place to update to the new version as it says. What should I do? Please help T^T
