I cant bill my patient on sims 4, cats

Hey there. I just had this problem too. Disable your mods and try again. If you are using any of Neia's custom careers or any custom career that uses Neia's common's file that is where your issue is coming from. After removing custom careers from my mods folder I reloaded my game and was able to interact and bill the pet owner.

I dont have mods but the saving and restarting worked perfectly. Thank you!!

I'm having this issue as well. I've disabled all my mods and CC, closed the clinic, saved and restarted the game and neither's helped. It seems to come and go quite randomly. The only thing I haven't tried so far is repairing the game. I'm currently doing that, but given that other people have said it didn't make a difference for them, I'm not really holding my breath. :/

EDIT: As expected, repairing my game was unfortunately as useful as a fart in a space suit.

I was just checking online as I'm having the same problem right now and it was an issue 4 years ago and still hasn't been fixed?? I'm not holding my breath for this to ever be fixed because even when I restart the game, it still keeps happening.
