I can't connect to The Sims 4 Gallery in the game!

We can't help you with an illegal copy of The Sims 4. Buy the game.

i have the same problem but i downloaded the sim 4 i didn't buy it though.

Depends a bit on your country but usually it's < 14

I got a message a little while ago saying the online services were coming down for maintenance. I can't connect either, probably the same for everyone else. It should be back up at some point, though I don't know how long that will be.

I don't understand your question.

The gallery is in the game and you need to go be online to see it (unless you have an underage account in which case you can't)

Have you tried resetting your router or flush your DNS cache: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-flush-dns-cache-for-windows/

If that fails, contact a game advisor to see if everything is in order with your account

When you click on the three dots in the upper right corner to go to your options, is Online Access ticked (under Options) ?
