Missing sims extension
I bought on 2026-10-04 Sims Extension and can't download it in the game. Already paid through Paypal and my credit card paid it already. But EA Games does not allow to download it. It is written in Paypal that EA Games needs to fulfill your order. But it is already paid.
I could find though google my solution. First in EA Games App delete cache, then delete Sims 4 in Steam Portal. Then install again sims 4 games. after that in EA Games App relogin and under manage -> manage extension download each package one by one. Then start Sims to play. And finally I can see that I'm logged in the download-Manager.
