I can't download cc for the sims 4 I have a windows 10, it will dowln

When I download CC for the sims 4 and move it to the mods fold and even extract some files it will not appear in my game, I have tried everything and btw I have a windows 10.

    You need to extract all files. Please follow instructions on how to use where you got it.
