I cant get my free stuff

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.53.115.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Free Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you press the "holiday celebration pack" and then click "Free"
What happens when the bug occurs? A message pops up and it will say something went wrong and that pack can't be accessed.
What do you expect to see? I expect to have it installed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    You can try claiming it in Origin instead. Just go to you Game Library, click The Sims 4 and then browse the Extra Content section to see if you can claim the Holiday Celebration Pack.

    @simvasion I am having the same problem - I have tried to download through Origin and an error message pops up when I click Download. The message reads:

    Your download has been paused
    Origin needs to download files and is waiting for permission. Please choose "Yes" when Windows prompts you for permission.

    Help us improve Origin by submitting an error report.



    Although, it does not allow me to submit a report or ask for any permissions. I have all permissions on windows set to allow.

    Any ideas?
