i cant open sims 4
i bought the new expansion pack outdoor retreat since then i cant open the game.i can create a charecter and i can move him into a house but i cant play the game can you help!?

What happens when you do try to play the game? At what stage does the game stop? Is it a freeze or a crash?

When i move in to a house and i press play it loads loads then returns to the starting screen by the way thanks for the help
