I can't see my packs.

I have been playing The Sims 4 for a long time now, however I took a year old break from it. When I wanted to play yesterday I first had to delete the Steam version which is okay, I could download the game after that, but I had no option to download the packs that I used to have. In fact they show up as if they are not bought. I am definitely on the right account, because when I enter the game I have a saved family that clearly says it uses the packs that I bought long ago. It says that I don't have them anymore and that I need to buy them. How is that possible? I did not delete any packs or did anything with it whatsoever. Can someone please tell me how can I get them back? I had quite a few and I bought them so I should be able to play with them. I will not buy again, because they should be there.
