I can't see the videos I recorded in sims 4

So I've been trying to record some videos in the sims 4 for awhile now with the V button, but when I go to Electronic Arts>Videos and click on the video I recorded it plays but it's just black and no...

    You could try Windows Media Player.

You are answering a 1 year old thread that has a solution with a solution that wont work for most people as Cyberlink software isn't a part of Windows.
It is great that you want to help but please make sure your answers are relevant. But please continue to answer questions that you know the answer to.

Hey, I had the same problem but im on a Mac. it only comes through as a mute audio file. I tried using another app on my computer to view it but nothing worked. Any ideas?

(Edit - User downloaded Smart Converter for Mac, all other Mac posts split into their own thread and moved to the Mac forum here, Bluebellflora)
