I can't select or eyedrop objects in B&B mode

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? this issue could just be related to my game. In build and buy mode
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to select and eyedrop objects in the catalogue
What do you expect to see? I expect to select objects like normal
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
