I can't update sims 4
I opened origin to play sims 4. But the play button wouldn't highlight since outdoor retreat came out. And now it says that there is a game update available. And I'm clicking the update now button but...

Yes I did. The play button was gray, and I tried to click on the update button but nothing happend.
Try deleting your Origin cache files then: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-origin-cache-files/
This is really fustrating! I deleted all the cache files, but the Sims 4 still wont allow me to play or update. I even double checked to see if all the cache files was properly deleted, and they were! Do you have any other solutions?

This is about the cache files. Just as I said, the files are not there. But when I open up Origin, the file automaticly popps up. How can I make that stop?
