I was supposed to be getting a set of gaming stuffs for buying The Sims 4 High school years before sept 8 but I never received it. I've contacted EA and tver have sent me to about 7 different people each time they email me with tons if follow up questions. Everytime I reply there's another very positive sounding person but they NEVER actually try to help me. The last thing I heard was they wanted me to do a live chat by following a link, which I never even received. I'm sooo upset by this and can't take it anymore 🤬
