I have done everything to fix my game and it is still broken.

I have tried resetting my computer, I deleted my entire Sims 4 folder, I tried deleting all mods and cc, deleting saves and trays, resetting origin, everything and my sims game is still broken. My p...

@ehm89hwmr47b Also, I would like to mention that I believe there is a problem with the game data itself. I think the problem is in “This PC->Windows (C🙂-> Program Files (x86) -> Origin Games -> The Sims 4

@ehm89hwmr47b  What exactly do you mean when you say you think there's a problem with the game data?  It's not an overall problem with Sims 4 or more people would be affected; although you're not the only one to report something like this, most people can still play.

Please start a new save, as a test, and let me know whether it's affected in the same way.  Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
