I own this game, have receipts being told I don't. Please advise.

I have the new expansion Enchanted by Nature. Bought it on 6/12/2025. I went to repair my game and was alerted that I do not own this expansion. Below are my receipts, please advise. I already cleare...

MysteMyst111​  As long as the only issue is the EA App error, you can go ahead and play your game.  EA will need to fix the error, and probably will soon enough, but it shouldn't impact your ability to play.
