i redeemed an expansion code, but it says I didn't buy it

I redeemed two codes on the EA website, it said it was successful, and then I went to go download them on origin, and it says that I haven't bought them?

Why didn't you Redeem them in the Origin client? Anyway log in to Origin with the account you redeemed them on.
