    There is so much of it that I don't even know what came with updates and what didn't. Sorry, I'm a builder - not a sim creator. But if these objects appeared - then they all appeared.
    To be sure that everything works fix the game on Origin
    Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
    You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.

The star icon may appear, but that doesn't mean that new things will be marked with anything. They never are. They can only be found when you know what object you are looking for. Turn on game base options - and look for what coffee tables you have. If you have a round table there, then you have these objects.
