I have been trying to get tech support to call me but its been over 24 hours and it says you guys have received the call request and will call in the estimated callback time which was 5 min ITS BEEN HOURS. Please what do i do

if your the one who posted the original question could it be you logged into the wrong account and is why your having code issues ? and what exactly is the error message you get ? invalid ? used ? already redeem ?
@Myluv4marc try opening the game through the 'My Games' tab in Origin. You should not have to re-enter your code.
