I was wondering if I accidentally deleted an item, a character, a Sims that the game gave me in the Library in the Gallery. Then I had a need to reinstall windows and install the sims again. Will it ...

@crinrict It means that the items in the gallery that come with the game. Like the Sims characters on the game cover. The house that the developer created, if deleted and I reinstalled the game to start. Will it come back? (In case I reinstall windows without the old data)

I think I've already answered that twice. These are the premade library items (not complete, there's a few more) but you can filter your library by Maxis to see all of them.

If you delete them, a file is created, if you trash that, you will have them back.

If you have downloaded any of the premades from the Maxis account, then those are files in your tray folder.

It really depends if you delete your user folder on reinstalling or not (as answered above).
