Ima having a serious technical issue with the game on my PC

I can open the game normally, and the Create a Sim mode works perfectly with no luck or problems. However, as soon as I start the actual gameplay (entering the household or loading to live mode), the entire screen freezes. The game becomes completely unresponsive and I cannot force quit or access task manager.The only way to regain control of my computer computers forced a force shutdown.

When this happens, the fans on my computer start making a very loud and unusual sound —definitely not normal. It sounds like something is overloading or malfunctioning

This issue happens with and without mods so mods are not the issue. Also I currently playing with only the base game no additional packs installed.

My computer is a gaming PC so it shouldn’t be powerful enough to run the game without issues

I would appreciate help identifying what might be discussing this problem and how to fix it.

(The fan sound in the video is not the loud and unusual sound I’m taking about)

    Im sorry for the late response, do you need the 66 pages of it? I’m sorry I’m not very tech. And I feel that the dxdiag might have personal information (?) I you could answers this questions so I can send it, thanks

    itsnotspongebob​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
