I've now attempted to talk to at least 3 support representatives, but haven't found a solution.
The game played fine for the first 3 days, then last night after creating a new household, I was shown "Error Code 102:11843302494998038208:11968282096067206150. It is recommended that you relaunch the game."
I have tried every troubleshooting method under the sun, both from personal knowledge and tactics given to me by EA Reps (all friendly and willing to help, just no solution found). NOTHING has worked, I've even spent several hours uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing caches, waiting to talk to reps in queue, you name it. Not to mention, after the first uninstall+reinstall, the game then wouldn't even install again. Had to then do a clean reinstall of Origin.
Has ANYONE else had this problem? Or does anyone know of a possible solution? I would be extremely grateful, because at this point it's feeling more like over $70 wasted on something I think we were all really looking forward to, and I'll be looking for a refund which I didn't want to have to do.

Info: I purchased the digital deluxe copy, not the disk version.
Note: Game worked flawlessly up until first patch update.
