I am supposed to be able to download SIms 4 today. My Origin shows the game, it says that it is scheduled to be available for preload today but it doesn't have the option to download...?

WHY? How do I FIX THIS?

    im having the same issue i bought it on the 1st of august and today is the second of september and theres no button or nothing to download it its like im out of $70 dollars this is bull **bleep**
