I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of The Sims 4 from Origin and it's been in my library for a little over a month now. I've had no problems with my origin account or the create-a-sim demo until now and I'm very upset as there's only 36 hours until TS4 release and I wanted to have it ready for 12 am Wednesday. I've heard accounts of some people cancelling their pre-order and pre-ordering again and allowing them to pre-download but I have had the pre-order for a while and am worried about being charged twice. Is there a solution to this problem or should I try cancelling my pre-order and trying again?

@womanwept Check your bank account statements (or paypal or whatever) if you really were charged. Also check the current status of your order.
